Responsibilities

As a senior professional in our HR team, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process, including active sourcing, interviews, selection, and contract offers. You will also serve as the central point of contact for candidates and work closely with our departments and leadership to advise on suitable placements and shape recruiting decisions.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies and identify new channels for talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR projects, including benefits, communication, and other initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on HR.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of managing recruiting processes independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with departments and candidates.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in providing guidance and support to team members and have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation and creativity.
