Senior Professional Services Consulting Engineer - French speaking

Senior Professional Services Consulting Engineer (Fintech): Consults with customers to create Redis-powered solutions, helping them increase business value. Focus on designing, developing, and delivering data service solutions across development, QA, and production environments.

Location: Flexible, working from office or home. Available to travel up to 20% of the time when conditions permit.

What you will do

• Develop technical expertise with Redis, Redis Software, and Redis Modules, serving as a subject matter expert with customers.
• Help customers meet their technology and business requirements with Redis Enterprise.
• Provide hands-on technical implementation services, including end-to-end testing of solutions.
• Assist customers with Redis development projects using languages like Java, MS.NET C#, Python, and Go.
• Collaborate with customer's technical teams to ensure the success of production solution deployments.
• Deliver remote and onsite product training to customers in a professional manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in post-sales consulting (ideally database engineering) for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with client library and server-side code development, RESTful APIs, and Linux.
• BS in Computer Science / B.A. or equivalent experience.
• A team player with strong technical, communication, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French
• Available to travel up to 20% of the time when conditions permit.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
