Senior Project Finance & M&A Manager

I'm currently supporting a leading renewable energy developer in Germany who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Finance & M&A Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead the financing and sale of Battery Energy Storage, Solar or Wind projects across Germany.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Structuring project finance facilities
• Leading M&A transactions
• Managing investor and banking relationships
• Financial modelling and commercial analysis
• Negotiating financing documentation and term sheets
• Supporting PPA negotiations
• Taking projects through to Financial Close

We're looking for professionals with experience in project finance for BESS, Solar and Wind.
