Senior Project Manager / Account Manager Training (f/m/d)

In this role you lead and grow training initiatives for clients, partners and internal teams. You will shape training experiences from concept to delivery, delivering measurable value and acting as a strategic pillar for growth. You will collaborate across Account Management, Business Development and expert networks to evolve training offerings. You drive end-to-end delivery with clear stakeholder alignment and a focus on impact, quality and continuous improvement.

• Act as primary training contact for selected clients
• Design and develop learning journeys and programs
• Own end-to-end delivery including timelines, budgets and resources
• Ensure high-quality content, facilitation and participant experience
• Identify opportunities to expand training within existing accounts
• Support proposal development and pitching of new training initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with client strategies
• Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement

• Background in project management, account management, or learning & development
• Client-facing experience with relationship building
• Strong interest in Training and ability to translate needs into learning solutions
