Senior Project Manager, Contract Logistics

Responsibilities

• You are the central point of contact and are responsible for the success of implementation projects across Europe
• Lead and coordinate the team with responsibility for quality and results in all project phases — from takeover after solution design through ensuring a smooth handover to Operations
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, codes of conduct, and all regulatory and legal requirements
• Maintain a strong focus on risk management, including mitigation plans, and rigorous cost management and control
• Foster close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all project topics to jointly develop innovative concepts

Requirements

• Passion for project management and a successfully completed degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
• Several years of professional experience in project management, business development, or solution engineering within logistics or contract logistics
• A high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a pronounced hands‑on mentality
• Strong analytical skills and process‑oriented thinking; experience with REFA and MTM time modules is an advantage
• Persuasive communication skills and the ability to inspire, especially during customer presentations
• Business‑fluent German and English, and willingness to travel and undertake project assignments
