Overview

Senior Project Manager for digital platforms driving end-to-end delivery of composable, headless ecosystems. You guide cross-functional teams through discovery, build, migrations and rollouts while balancing quality, budget, and timing. You collaborate with clients, tech leads, designers and vendors to deliver cohesive user experiences at scale. This role offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic, multi-market environment with a strong focus on UX, content design and governance.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead end-to-end delivery of composable platform projects (website/e-commerce/app ecosystems)
Coordinate interdisciplinary teams across discovery, build, migration and rollout phases
Manage requirements, backlog, dependencies and risk in headless/composable setups
Plan and steer technical implementation with Tech Leads and developers (APIs, integrations, environments, release planning)
Coordinate content and design workflows (content modeling, migration plans, component libraries, QA) to ensure consistent UX
Facilitate stakeholder decisions and maintain governance, scope and budget control

Zentrale Anforderungen

Several years of experience in digital project management/consulting (agency or comparable)
Proven experience with Composable Architecture/Headless CMS/DXP projects
Familiarity with Storyblok, Contentful, and e-commerce components like Shopify or SCAYLE
Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge requirements constructively
Confidence in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), estimation, planning, and reporting
Clear communicator in German and English; ability to translate between business, design and engineering
Proactive, structured, quality-driven with strong UX/UI and content design sense
