Senior Project Manager Finance - Transformation Projects (all genders) part/full-time

In this role you drive the financial integration of M&A transactions and carve-outs while leading post-merger integration workstreams from planning to execution. You also head global transformation programs and manage one-off costs related to integrations and transformations. You collaborate with M&A, Portfolio Execution, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure coordinated delivery, aiming to unlock synergies and strengthen the company’s value generation across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Electronics.

• Drive financial integration of M&A deals and carve-outs across all project phases
• Serve as the central point of contact for post-merger integration
• Lead planning-to-execution of financial integration and carve-out workstreams, including acquisition tracking and synergy management
• Lead global transformation programs and strategic assessments
• Own accounting for one-off costs related to integrations and transformations
• Collaborate with M&A, Portfolio Execution, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure smooth delivery

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Business Controlling (Big 4 or top-tier strategy consultancy strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience executing post-merger integrations, carve-outs, transformations, or portfolio management
• Strong project management skills for global initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Culturally savvy with change management and communications abilities
• AI literacy or interest in AI tools, concepts, and prompt engineering to accelerate project execution and drive synergies
