Leads complex, cross‑functional projects to successful completion, delivering on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑quality results. Demonstrates expert knowledge of project management methodologies, stakeholder leadership, and continuous improvement practices. Job Requirements

• Plans, controls, and executes projects they are assigned from initiation to launch, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑quality delivery
• Proactively works with all functions to effectively complete projects on‑time, on‑cost, and on‑quality
• Manages risks, issues, and compliance across projects under their responsibility
• Resolves conflicts and effectively escalates topics appropriately on projects they manage
• Effectively communicates tasks, roles, expectations, and accountabilities to all team members on a regular basis
• Understands and utilizes best practices in project management
• Documents project lessons learned to foster continuous improvement
• Drive cross‑team collaboration and support continuous improvement of Project Management methods and tools
• Supports different stages of the project management lifecycle, utilizing the tools and techniques to produce reports on project performance, budgets, and schedules
• Professionally manage change requests, including impact assessment, documentation, and approvals
• Provide clear, consistent project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in automotive industry
• Strong leadership presence with experience leading technical projects
• Excellent communication skills, including customer‑facing reporting and executive updates
• Very good German and English language skills
• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solution‑oriented mindset
• Ability to influence without authority in an international, cross‑functional environment
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic, technical settings
• Proficient in Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware, SAP)
• PMP certification is a strong plus
