(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) IN THE EVENTS DIVISION

• Independent client management and consulting
• Independent project management of medium- to large-scale event projects (including corporate events, public events, roadshows, and promotions)
• Reliable Cost Estimation for Medium- to Large-Scale Event Projects
• Leading a small team
• Close collaboration with the creative team and external service providers
• Efficient resource and time planning within projects
• Reliable project implementation and budget monitoring
• Structured Project Management
• Management of pitch projects and requests for proposals (coordination of internal and external contractors)

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in project management, specifically in event management, ideally in an agency setting
• Experience in event planning
• A degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or training in the events industry
• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a knack for numbers
• Quick learner, good communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of AI.
