We're partnering with a leading organisation responsible for delivering secure, large-scale digital healthcare services that support millions of users across Germany. As they continue to enhance their mission-critical IT operations, they're looking for an experienced Senior Provider Manager to join their Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a complex enterprise environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical IT services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take operational ownership for the stable delivery of business-critical IT services
• Manage the performance of external service providers, technology partners, and suppliers
• Monitor service quality, capacity, availability, and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead service reviews, operational governance meetings, and supplier performance discussions
• Manage escalations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues
• Evaluate contractual performance, including commercial considerations and service obligations
• Apply ITIL best practices to optimise service delivery and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related technical discipline
• Significant experience managing external providers within large-scale enterprise IT environments
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and network technologies
• Experience managing SLAs, supplier governance, contract performance, and service improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical, organised, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
