Senior Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Real Estate Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic and advisory services to our clients, helping them to maximize the value of their real estate assets. You will collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and advisory services to clients, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and portfolio optimization
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify market trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions to clients
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and support staff
• Manage and track project budgets and timelines
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in real estate

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a senior real estate consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices, including investment analysis and property valuation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with real estate software and technology
• Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
