Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

• Own end-to-end recruiting for manager, director, and VP-level roles
• Partner directly with division leads and hiring managers
• Build and run proactive sourcing strategies for senior and specialized talent
• Manage the full candidate experience from outreach to close

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting
• Direct experience hiring in paid media, CRM/lifecycle, and/or creative
• Comfort operating at agency speed
• ATS fluency (Ashby a plus)
