Stellenbeschreibung:
In this role you will lead analytical development for animal health products, focusing on dissolution control and general analytics within the Technical Development organization. You will develop and validate methods, interpret data, and communicate findings to internal teams and global authorities. You will drive regulatory submissions and partner with manufacturing and regulatory teams to bring products to market, while mentoring junior scientists and advancing new technologies. This position offers meaningful impact on drug development and regulatory success in a global context.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Develop and deliver analytical and dissolution methods and specifications compliant with GxP and regulatory requirements (VICH/ICH).
- Interpret results, evaluate data, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Report and present scientific results, publish externally, and present at conferences.
- Prepare international registration documents and interact with global health authorities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and regulatory teams to drive commercialization and regulatory submissions.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies in dissolution and analytical development to support new drug products.
- Mentor and coach emerging technical talent within the function.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP, HSE, and AW.
- PhD with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical development (analytics preferred) or MS with 10 years or BS with 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise in chromatographic (HPLC/UPLC), spectroscopic (UV/VIS), and dissolution method development, esp. USP Apparatus II and IV
- Experience with quality and regulatory requirements for new drug products and interactions with regulatory agencies (FDA/CVM, EMA)
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP) is preferred
