Overview

In this role you will assess property risks for clients, translate technical findings into practical recommendations, and support loss control measures to protect people, assets, and operations. You join the Allianz Risk Consulting Property Large Corp team, collaborating with underwriting, claims and client teams across Germany and Switzerland. You’ll conduct risk assessments, lead site surveys, and help shape tailored loss-prevention programs with a focus on practical impact and client value.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Carry out desktop reviews and risk assessments for assigned accounts
Design practical loss control programmes with Underwriting and clients
Conduct client site surveys, collect data, identify hazards, and prepare loss control reports
Deliver high-quality, actionable risk reports on time
Coordinate third-party providers, budgets, and quality controls
Support internal and client projects, including training and knowledge sharing
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and clients on property risk topics
Continue developing expertise in property risk, new technologies, and AI-enabled working

Zentrale Anforderungen

Relevant engineering or technical experience, preferably in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering
Strong knowledge of property risk, loss control, and risk improvement measures
Experience performing risk assessments and loss control surveys for corporate clients
Understanding of business interruption exposures is advantageous
Clear communication skills for diverse audiences
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Client-focused mindset with ability to develop value-adding solutions
Interest in data, automation, and AI-driven insights
Consultative selling mindset and collaboration with clients
Fluent German and English
