Senior Consultant - Allianz Services - Operational Risk and/or Resilience (m/f/d)

In this role you will advise Allianz entities on safeguarding in operational risk and resilience, leading workstreams and shaping risk and continuity initiatives. You work with cross-functional client teams to ensure milestones and deliverables meet quality standards, while contributing to business development and knowledge sharing. You guide junior consultants and help build internal expertise in safeguarding, risk management, and resilience. This is a client-facing, impact-driven consulting role within Allianz Services that blends risk expertise with transformation initiatives.

• Lead (sub-)workstreams on projects and ensure quality of deliverables
• Manage communications and timelines for the (sub-)workstream
• Contribute to business development and client pitches
• Share best practices and improve knowledge management in safeguarding
• Contribute to internal projects and day-to-day task operations

• Minimum 5+ years in safeguarding functions (operational risk, resilience, or project management)
• Experience in ERM/Operational Risk or Internal Risk & Controls Systems, including risk and control design
• Experience in Business Continuity Management or Incident/Crisis coordination or resilience areas
• Knowledge of insurance/financial services or consulting methodologies and tools
• Experience with project/change management and client-facing roles
• Strong communication in English; German is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with GRC tools preferred
