Consultant - Allianz Services - Operational Risk and/or Resilience (m/f/d)

In this role within Allianz Services, you join an in-house consulting team focused on safeguarding, operational risk management (Non-Financial Risk Management) and resilience. You collaborate with client entities to deliver content and milestones, support business development, and share knowledge to improve risk practices. You contribute to internal projects and training, shaping solutions for risk and continuity across the organization. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and GenAI-enabled initiatives with meaningful impact.

• Serve as a project team member with accountability for deliverables and milestones
• Own content delivery within sub-workstreams and coordinate with leads on progress
• Prepare communications and project timelines for assigned activities
• Support business development and client pitches under supervision
• Share best practices and drive knowledge management within the safeguarding domain
• Contribute to internal Allianz Services projects, trainings, and team events
• Assist day-to-day operations of assigned tasks
• Collaborate with clients and consultants across international contexts

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2+ years in safeguarding functions, risk management, or project management
• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, or Internal Risk & Controls Systems; or Business continuity/IT Service Continuity/Incident coordination
• Experience with risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, controls testing or mitigation solutions (a plus)
• Knowledge of insurance/financial services or consulting methodologies preferred
• Experience in project management, change management or business transformation
• Experience managing internal or external clients; strong client focus
• Excellent English communication; German a plus; strong presentation skills
• Interest or affinity for IT and GenAI is valued
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with GRC tools preferred
