As part of our continued investment in the DACH region, we are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive (hunter profile) to lead new business growth for our GETPAID solution across the DACH market. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on engaging CFOs and senior finance stakeholders within large enterprise and upper mid-market organisations. You will play a key role in expanding FIS’ footprint in the Order-to-Cash space, positioning GETPAID as a critical solution for cash flow optimisation and financial transformation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region, owning the full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and engage senior stakeholders (CFO, Head of Finance, Shared Services, AR leaders).
• Build strong value-driven sales propositions around cash flow, working capital, and DSO reduction.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within DACH.

What You Bring

• Proven success in enterprise software sales (hunter role).
• Strong experience in FinTech, payments, or financial process automation.
• Ideally, experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or working capital solutions.
• Track record of selling to enterprise and mid-market corporates in the DACH region.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and CFO-level value messaging.
• Fluent in German and English (required).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
