At Platoon Aviation, you won't be just another sales rep lost in a large corporate structure - your network and market expertise will directly drive our revenue and growth. We're expanding our fleet, so if you're tired of selling the same aircraft over and over, this is your chance to work with something new. We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to take full commercial ownership of our global charter activities.

Your responsibilities

• Full revenue ownership for your assigned markets and broker portfolio
• Strategic positioning of our fleet within the global broker market and on Avinode
• Leading negotiations and closing complex international charter deals
• Building and expanding a global broker network
• Close coordination with Operations and CAMO to maximize fleet utilization
• Identifying new revenue streams and market opportunities
• Representing Platoon Aviation at international industry events

Your profile

• Solid experience in business jet charter sales, ideally within the international B2B broker market
• Confident use of Avinode for strategic fleet positioning
• Operational understanding of aircraft performance, scheduling, and cost structures
• Experience aligning commercial strategy with OPS and CAMO
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
• Unrestricted EU-passport or right to work in the EU
• Willingness to work on-site and in shifts at our Hamburg headquarters
• Willingness to travel internationally to strengthen client relationships

In 2026 Platoon is operating 12 identical PC-24, which operate on a floating fleet model across Europe (i.e. the aircraft have no fixed home base). The PC-24 offers an unparalleled level of comfort for our passengers, coupled with exceptional performance capabilities and better luggage capacity.

Operating on an ad hoc basis, Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Platoon operates in a B2B style model, which means we work principally with brokers across the world, and this has enabled us to already become a recognized brand and airline on the market due to the higher volume of flights we are able to operate.
