Here’s what you can expect from us:

• Identifying and acquiring new customers in the energy market (energy suppliers, municipal utilities, grid operators, etc.)
• Managing the entire sales cycle, including proposal preparation, proposal tracking, and closing deals based on a prioritized list of leads and prospects
• Using the CRM as the basis for management, tracking, and pipeline transparency
• Maintaining and further developing relevant relationships with existing clients
• Positioning the company as a strategic partner to the energy industry

What you bring to the table:

• Between 4 and 7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the sale of complex consulting and IT services in the energy market
• A proven track record in building new customer relationships
• Basic understanding of energy industry processes, BPO, and/or platform knowledge (SAP ISU & S/4Hana) and transformation projects
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management at the C-suite level
• Ideally, you have a strong professional network within the energy industry, with
• Willingness to travel and flexibility (for client visits, trade shows, etc.)
