Steel fibres are a strategic growth business for WireSolutions and play a key role in modern, sustainable concrete construction.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our Steel Fibres business in Eastern and South-Eastern Germany. In this role, you will manage key customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and promote innovative steel fibre solutions in one of our most important markets. The position reports into the Steel Fibres commercial organization within ArcelorMittal WireSolutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales of ArcelorMittal Steel Fibres within the territories of Eastern and South Eastern Germany
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, contractors, engineering offices and concrete specialists.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, applications and market segments.
• Promote steel fibre reinforced concrete solutions and provide technical-commercial support to customers.
• Prepare and implement annual sales plans and closely monitor performance against targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and support customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, industry conferences and technical events.
• Organize customer events, technical seminars, plant visits and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering and customer service teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Support marketing initiatives through the preparation of technical articles, brochures, presentations and commercial documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up of quotations, contracts and customer payments.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM activities.

Your Profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering , or a related field.
• Several years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in construction materials, steel products, concrete solutions, building materials or related industries.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with technical curiosity.
• Proven ability to develop business and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-office environment and travel extensively within Germany and neighbouring countries.
• Fluent German and English;
• Valid driving licence.
