Senior Salesforce Developer (f/m/x)

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will own and optimize the Service and Sales Cloud layer powering dealer and buyer processes. You’ll design Apex, LWC, and Visualforce components while maintaining a robust two-way integration with our core platform. You’ll balance standard configurations and custom development to maintain data integrity and system reliability. You’ll work in agile sprints to shape architecture and reduce technical debt, contributing to a scalable, AI-enabled marketplace. This role offers hands-on development in a fast-growing European platform.

• Develop and customize Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions for end-to-end dealer and buyer workflows
• Own Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce across the Inventory scope
• Design and maintain two-way Salesforce integration with the core platform (REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven flows)
• Decide where standard configuration suffices vs. where custom development is needed
• Model data and API integrations to keep Salesforce and backend systems in sync
• Tackle underused platform features and reduce technical debt
• Ensure reliability and performance via monitoring, release management, and clean deployments
• Participate in agile sprints and influence architecture decisions

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• Strong relational data modelling with SOQL/SQL
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Salesforce integration patterns (REST, Platform Events)
• Judgement on standard configuration vs. custom development
• Comfortable with release management and Scrum
• English at C1 level
• AI-fluent working style using Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
