Senior SAP Consultant – Focus on SuccessFactors/HCM

• Consulting in client projects on all aspects related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Analysis of customer-specific HR requirements
• Advising business units during implementation and supporting projects through to completion
• Professional exchange with project and team members
• Close collaboration with our developers on technical aspects

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, natural sciences, training as an application developer, or equivalent professional experience
• Professional experience in consulting or as an end user with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
• Interest in diving deeper into the SAP environment and understanding code better (this helps in solving issues)
• You enjoy solving puzzles and want to present the best solution to clients
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Very good German and good English skills
• Some willingness to travel - business trips are rare but do occur :)
