Lead SAP HCM Senior Consultant – Payroll Focus

• Lead and delivery of SAP HCM Payroll projects (On-Premise, H4S4, PCE)


• Design and optimization of payroll processes


• Execution of HCM → H4S4 transformations, including custom code adjustments


• Integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll


• Governance of system landscapes and interfaces, e.g. FI/CO, Time Management, and third-party systems


• Quality assurance and subject-matter leadership within projects


• Strategic and technical development of the SAP ERP HCM, H4S4 and PCE area


• Development and enhancement of best practices, templates and accelerators


• Coaching and mentoring consultants from junior to senior levels


• Support in pre-sales and proposal processes


• Contribute to SAP strategy and partner positioning


• Build thought leadership, e.g., on payroll transformation, Clean Core and hybrid landscapes

Requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 5–10 years) in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)


• Experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM); Time Management (PT) is a plus


• Experience with H4S4 transformations


• Experience with SAP HCM PCE or cloud strategies


• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integration


• Strong understanding of collective agreement (tariff) and payroll calculation logic


• Strong understanding of customizing as well as schemas and rules (PCRs)


• Strong understanding of interfaces and integration (IDoc, APIs, middleware)


• Experience in functional/technical leadership of teams


• Ability to explain complex topics clearly


• Strategic thinking and interest in building competencies


• Client-facing presence at senior/management level


• Hands-on mentality combined with leadership
