Senior SAP functional in-house Consultant (m/f/d)

As Flix’s in-house SAP expert, you will lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of a new ERP focused on Finance and Procurement. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and external partners to ensure SAP solutions meet current needs and scale long-term. After go-live, you own enhancements, integrations, and continuous process improvements, while helping build SAP capability within the ERP Finance team. The role blends hands-on SAP craftsmanship with a in-house, long-term perspective in a growth-minded, cross-functional environment.

• Act as in-house SAP expert during the ERP implementation, focusing on Finance and Procurement
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Collaborate with external implementation partners across design, build, test and cutover
• Support data migration, test management, and go-live preparation from Flix perspective
• Assume long-term ownership of the SAP solution post go-live, including enhancements and integrations
• Contribute to building broader SAP capability through teaching and mentoring within the team
• Advise Finance and Procurement stakeholders on SAP capabilities and limitations

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience with 5+ years in S/4HANA (FI/CO and MM)
• Additional knowledge in SAP Supply Chain and Asset Management
• At least two full end-to-end SAP implementations
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Purchase-to-Pay
• Experience working with external system integrators and able to engage as an equal partner
• Comfortable communicating with senior Finance and Procurement stakeholders and translating between business and SAP language
• Structured, pragmatic, delivery-oriented with strong communication and facilitation skills
• Based in Germany and fluent in German and English
