What you bring to the table

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, ideally certified
• Initial experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus
• Strong understanding of holistic recruiting processes, including their intersections with adjacent modules such as Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals (G&P), and Employee Central
• Strong consulting skills, empathy & conceptual thinking
• A passion for teamwork & continuous development
• Excellent German and English language skills
