Senior SAP Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant (m/w/d) with a focus in SAP for our locations in Munich, Frankfurt, Salzburg or Vienna. You independently implement document-based solutions integrated into SAP business processes for our customers, manage project‑management, functional and technical design, conduct workshops and training, and lead consultants to achieve optimal solutions. You work closely with our software partners SAP and OpenText.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute SAP-integrated invoice processing workflows and ECM projects with SAP and OpenText Extended ECM.


• Take on project management, functional and technical design, and solution implementation.


• Conduct customer workshops, solution presentations, and key-user training.


• Lead additional consultants in the project to achieve optimal solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification.


• Several years of experience in customer project business.


• Experience with SAP modules FI, MM, SD and document technologies (ArchiveLink, SAP DVS, cFolders, etc.).


• Knowledge of SAP ABAP OO.


• Broad technical background in software architecture.


• Service-and customer orientation; strong communication skills.


• Proficiency in German and English, spoken and written.

ECM Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for an ECM consultant for our locations in Munich, Frankfurt, Salzburg or Vienna. You will independently implement ECM solutions for our clients, manage both functional and technical design, and lead additional consultants to achieve optimal solutions. You work closely with our software partners SAP and OpenText.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer needs, provide consulting in ECM.


• Develop ECM strategies and design enterprise-wide ECM landscapes.


• Design processes and implement them in IT architecture.


• Develop solutions and independently implement them in DMS, archiving, and integration with existing systems or migration.


• Lead projects and manage consultants working on the project.


• Conduct audits and quality reviews with clients.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification.


• Longstanding experience in client project business.


• Experience in project management and independent conceptual work.


• Several years of experience in ECM, document management, collaboration, and archiving.


• Broad technical background.


• Familiarity with the ECM market and leading providers’ products.


• Ideally SAP knowledge.


• Concept grasping, independent work, reliability.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Proficiency in German and English, spoken and written.


• Service-and client orientation.

Junior Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Junior Consultant for our locations in Munich, Frankfurt, Salzburg or Vienna. Recently graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field, you will receive training and a mentor while engaging in professional challenges with clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Consult clients and design ECM solution architectures.


• Support clients in implementing and further developing digitized processes.


• Change management, employee training, and ongoing operational support.


• Support clients in ongoing system operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.


• Understanding of prevalent IT technologies.


• Basic business administration knowledge, possibly focusing on a specific industry.
