Senior SEO & Website Growth Manager (m/f/x)

What we look for

We’re looking for aSenior SEO & Website Growth Manager (m/f/x) to turn organic search, AI visibility, and our website into a scalable growth engine.

This is not a traditional SEO role. You will own the website as a commercial system, drive non-brand demand, and position PlentyONE as a trusted source across AI-powered search journeys.

You’ll sit at the intersection of SEO, content, web, and demand generation—with a clear mandate: build pipeline, not just traffic.

Your mission

• Own SEO/GEO and website growth initiatives across technical SEO, content architecture, AI-search visibility, and web conversion.
• Define and QA technical website requirements including CMS workflows, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, schema, redirects, canonicals, hreflang, tracking, and Core Web Vitals.
• Build commercially focused keyword, entity, and topic strategies for DACH ecommerce, ERP, marketplace, and multichannel demand.
• Drive GEO initiatives including AI-search monitoring, answer-engine content optimisation, entity and citation strategies, and visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Manage website governance, launch QA, tracking, redirects, content updates, and experimentation together with Demand Gen and Content teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and external partners.

Your profile

• Strong technical SEO background with hands‑on experience in GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb, CMS workflows, schema, redirects, canonicals, indexation, and web performance.
• Commercial growth mindset focused on pipeline impact, ICP fit, conversion, and scalable website growth.
• Strong interest in GEO / AI-search trends, entities, citations, and evolving search behaviour.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into clear technical and operational requirements.
• Structured, hands‑on operator with experience building scalable processes and governance.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, martech, ERP, or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of growing non‑brand organic demand and improving website conversion.
• Fluent in both German and English
