Senior Social Media Specialist

As Dyson's Social Media Specialist, you support the Owned Social Media Specialist and Media Managers to drive performance and brand awareness across key channels. You will help shape regional social strategies, localize global campaigns for the DACH market, and contribute to cross-functional delivery with global teams. You’ll monitor trends, support asset management, and advocate efficient processes to accelerate growth. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with clear development opportunities.

• Serve as the first point of contact for asset and content management for paid social activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality checks
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute paid social campaigns across relevant platforms per plan, timing, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery (briefing, follow-ups, timelines, asset checks, updates)
• Localize and execute global social campaigns for the DACH market with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Monitor live campaign activity and trends; escalate observations, risks or opportunities to the Owned Social Media Manager and Media Managers
• Contribute to process improvements in campaign workflows and platform best practices through a hands-on, detail-oriented approach

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media or online marketing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management
• Strong understanding of social media landscape and current trends
• Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms and Content Creation (IG and TikTok)
• Familiar with Social Publishing and Social Listening tools
• Fluent in English and German
