Senior Software Engineer – Architecture, Quality & Security (all genders)

Senior Software Engineer role focusing on scalable architecture, security, and quality within Syskron’s digitalization efforts for beverage production. You will shape platform architecture and technical roadmaps, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, compliant software delivery. This position blends hands-on development with strategic oversight to drive a reliable, scalable software ecosystem in a global, collaborative environment.

• Support software solutions across design, implementation, operations, and maintenance lifecycles
• Develop and enhance platform architecture and the technical roadmap
• Evaluate architectural decisions and assist development teams with technical questions
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct security reviews as well as risk and vulnerability assessments
• Define and establish automated testing strategies across all testing levels
• Analyze complex production issues and support sustainable problem resolution
• Drive continuous improvement of software quality, scalability, and maintainability

• Several years of professional software development experience
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures
• Strong expertise in modern programming languages and software engineering methodologies
