Overview

In this role you act as the technical authority for sales, customers, and partners, driving value with the Elastic Stack. You translate customers’ goals into Elastic solutions, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to community and partner enablement. You work across discovery, technical wins, and collateral creation to showcase Elastic’s value. This position offers impact across accounts, events, and regional programs within a growth-focused, collaborative team.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your territory
Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet their needs
Develop and maintain value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations
Participate in all phases of territory planning and execution, from discovery to technical win
Demonstrate Elastic product knowledge in sales meetings and at events
Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions, and services
Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles
Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs
Represent customer and community needs to engineering and leadership teams
Pursue ongoing self-driven education and leverage Elastic professional development

Zentrale Anforderungen

Track record in a technical presales role within enterprise accounts
Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies
Curiosity and continuous learner mindset
Proven customer-relations history with outcome-focused architectures
Ability to influence and inspire groups
Fluency in German
Willingness to travel ~30% within region and occasionally internationally
