Senior Solutions Architect Workplace (m/w/d) - bundesweit

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will consult with clients and work with internal teams to craft transformational solution designs and architectural visions for complex Workplace and UCC solutions. You will provide multi-technology guidance spanning application software and infrastructure, aligning with enterprise standards and client needs. In this role, you will evaluate architectures, build multi-vendor proposals, and shape go-to-market assistance. You will mentor Junior Architects and help drive change programs while staying ahead of technology trends. This opportunity lets you influence high-impact deployments in multinational environments at the forefront of IT services.

• Contribute to complex UCC solution architectures across business, infrastructure, or functional areas
• Design, describe, and calculate multi-vendor solutions with ALcatel-Lucent, Microsoft, AudioCodes, and other providers
• Evaluate, discuss, and present solutions to clients
• Identify and assess alternative architectures with cost, performance, and scalability trade-offs
• Prepare customer proposals including effort estimation, costing, and pricing input with sales and delivery teams
• Provide subject matter expertise in multi-technology infrastructure design and best practices
• Support change programs with technical plans aligned to standards
• Understand client requirements, collect data, deliver analysis and resolve issues
• Monitor external tech trends and produce reports and roadmaps
• Offer recommendations for new go-to-market services and share domain knowledge
• Coach and mentor Junior Solution Architects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on architectural approaches for solution layers
• Apply sound judgment in method and criteria selection to achieve outcomes

• Specialist knowledge of the IT industry and business requirements
• Extensive, long-standing experience with multi-vendor UCC solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good commercial awareness and pre-sales skills with ability to translate concepts into value-based proposals
• Specialist knowledge of configuration and quoting tools from ALcatel-Lucent, Microsoft, AudioCodes, and others
• Ability to develop and apply reference architectures
• Maintain current knowledge of technology trends across relevant domains
• Experience of 10+ years in Workplace and UCC solutions in large-scale environments
• Client engagement, needs assessment and change management experience
• Proposal creation, solution costing, and commercial input for bids
