Senior Solutions Consultant (DACH)

You join Bloomreach as a Solution Consultant to bridge customer challenges with our AI-powered personalization platform. In this role, you’ll lead discovery conversations, tailor product demos to real use cases, and articulate how our technology translates into measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage AI tools to accelerate prep and research, and grow into a trusted advisor for mid-market and enterprise customers across EMEA. • Run discovery with prospects to understand business challenges, current tech stack, and success metrics
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases
• Build and present clear solution concepts translating requirements into narratives
• Support the sales cycle end-to-end in collaboration with Account Executives
• Address technical questions and objections bridging marketing and IT perspectives
• Prepare workshop-style sessions for mid-market and enterprise evaluations
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, demos, and content creation
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure deliverable feasibility
• Contribute to presales assets like demo environments and use-case libraries

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in presales, solution consulting, or similar roles
• Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers and understanding buying decisions
• Strong presentation, discovery, and communication skills in English and German
• Based in the UK with ability to cover EMEA and travel for key meetings
• Curiosity, structured thinking, and ability to explain complex topics in business terms
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in daily work and interest in AI-enabled selling
