Senior Solutions Engineer – AI Data, Unstructured Data Platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers
• Deliver live demos, technical deep dives, and executive-level presentations
• Design and document deployment architectures
• Own end-to-end proof-of-value engagements
• Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues
• Drive transition from POV to production
• Act as the technical voice of the customer

Requirements

• Experience in a customer‑facing technical role
• Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure
• Solid foundation in networking and security fundamentals
• Experience working with unstructured data environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical familiarity with AI workflows
• Non‑negotiable: Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools
