Senior Specialist / Manager – International Controlling & FP&A (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial business partner between international entities and Group Controlling
• Perform financial analyses, forecasting, and management reporting
• Support budgeting, planning, and business performance management
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings (IFRS)
• Support group consolidation processes across international entities
• Develop and optimize financial dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• Experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
• Preferably gained within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working across European, Asian, and US business cultures
