Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Design complex analog/mixed signal building blocks
• Develop memory architectures and circuits to product requirements
• Lead functional and robustness post-layout verification/ simulation (parasitics, I/R drop, current analysis, ...)
• Build automated performance characterization flows for pre-silicon validation
• Support development of functional/behavioral models for system-level co-simulation
• Provide integration support into the design flow and cooperate with toplevel integration

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in electrical engineering, applied physics or computer science
• At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation
• Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
