Overview

In this role you will drive digital transformation initiatives for clients across industries, with a focus on mobility and automotive sectors. You’ll work within interdisciplinary teams to shape digital strategies, AI-, data-, and software-driven transformations, and change programs that create measurable impact. You will lead workstreams, translate market and tech trends into actionable recommendations, and present them to management audiences. This role offers early responsibility and opportunities to influence strategy, technology choices, and client outcomes in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead workstreams independently and own their outcomes
Analyse market, customer and technology trends and derive strategic recommendations
Develop digital business strategies, transformation approaches, and data/technology-driven concepts
Communicate findings to management stakeholders with audience-appropriate messaging
Assess technology, data and AI maturity and translate insights into viable concepts
Design workshops and decision-making formats for clients at management level and contribute to methodology development

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree with above-average grades, ideally in business, engineering or IT
4–6 years of relevant experience in management consultancy, mobility/automotive, or strategy/digital/transformation roles
Experience in developing digital strategies, transformations and organization-wide change processes
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Fluent German and English with ability to tailor communication to the audience
Team-oriented with sense of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for challenging projects
Curiosity about new methods and openness to continuous learning
