Senior System Architect

As a Solution Builder at Pegasystems, you design and deliver AI-first, production-ready solutions for enterprise workflows. You’ll work with Pega Blueprint and AI agents to shape design, build, test, and evolve systems that drive real business outcomes. You’ll mentor client teams, ensure governance and auditability, and act as a trusted advisor to translate complex challenges into scalable solutions. This role sits at the heart of AI-driven transformation, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

• Design and deliver high-quality technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle powered by Pega's AI-first platform

• 5–10 years of software development or technical consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working within Scrum teams delivering user stories in fast-paced environments
• Natural collaboration with Product Owners, delivery teams, and C-suite stakeholders
• AI-first mindset; ability to think in systems, agents, and outcomes
• Business-level German language skills
