As the (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager for Business & Operations, you will lead the charge in hiring the world-class talent that drives our commercial and operational engine. This isn't just about filling seats; it's about being a strategic partner to leadership, shaping the teams that scale our business, enter new markets, and build our corporate backbone.

You will own the hiring strategy for all non-technical departments, from commercial and finance to program management and operations. You will design and implement strategic initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate experience reflects our innovative and mission-driven culture. This is a key leadership role where you will directly influence our growth trajectory.

What You'll Build

• Strategic hiring plans that translate our business goals into clear, actionable recruitment priorities for all non-technical teams.
• Build a proactive talent pipeline for our most critical business and operations roles through advanced sourcing, market mapping, and strategic outreach.
• An end-to-end hiring journey for senior and strategic positions, where you own every step from initial outreach to final offer with care and precision.
• Create a powerful employer brand narrative that resonates with top business talent and positions ARX Robotics as a leader in the deep-tech space.
• Data-driven recruitment culture, using metrics to guide hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and continuously elevate our talent bar.
• Scalable hiring strategies that anticipate our future needs, ensuring we have the right skills in place to support our long-term growth.
• Build an inclusive and agile hiring process that ensures compliance, quality, and an outstanding experience for every candidate.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of over 5 years in talent acquisition, with experience hiring for a variety of business and operational roles.
• Prior experience in a fast-growing deep-tech or technology scale-up is a significant plus.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
• A data-first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform your strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
• A deep commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experience and a passion for recruitment innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while driving results.
• Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
