What You Bring

• A proven track record of over 5 years in full‑cycle talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting both software and hardware engineers.
• Prior experience in a fast‑growing deep‑tech or technology scale‑up is a significant plus.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines for highly specialized and senior technical roles.
• A data‑first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform your strategy, influence senior engineering leaders, and drive results.
• A genuine passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and a drive for continuous innovation in technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and confidence to act as a trusted advisor to tech leadership.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving technical priorities.
• Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
