You identify talent before others do.

You proactively search, engage and build relationships with high-potential professionals across Germany and beyond.

Using modern sourcing techniques, AI-supported recruiting tools and social media, you'll continuously create pipelines for critical business functions.

You build long-term talent communities.

Recruitment isn't transactional.

You'll create sustainable talent pools, maintain meaningful candidate relationships and ensure that Technogym becomes the employer talented professionals remember—Even when they're not yet ready for their next move.

You think strategically.

Together with Hiring Managers and senior leaders, you'll translate business strategy into hiring strategy.

You'll advise stakeholders, challenge hiring approaches and identify smarter ways to attract exceptional talent.

You understand that every interaction shapes our reputation.

Working closely with HR and Marketing, you'll help strengthen Technogym's visibility across LinkedIn, social media and digital recruiting channels.

You'll create authentic stories that attract people who share our passion for Wellness.

You continuously improve recruitment.

You'll optimize recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience and leverage SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to build scalable, data-driven hiring processes.

You'll analyze KPIs, identify trends and continuously raise the bar.

Your Impact

What you´ll bring

We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, commercial awareness and recruiting expertise.

You have

• several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Executive Search


• extensive Active Sourcing expertise and a passion for identifying passive candidates


• strong experience recruiting commercial, technical and corporate professionals


• confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms


• experience building sustainable talent pipelines


• a deep understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding


• confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers


• experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting


• a data-driven mindset and experience using recruiting KPIs


• curiosity for AI-powered recruiting and emerging sourcing technologies


• excellent communication skills in German and English
