Senior Tax Expert - VAT

Role Overview

Join our VAT core team as a Senior Tax Expert to deal with indirect taxes in a dynamic and international environment. You'll be responsible for VAT-related tasks, including preparing VAT advance returns, providing advice on VAT matters, and optimizing processes related to VAT law.

What You Will Do

• Prepare VAT advance returns
• File OSS and ZM reports
• Provide advice on VAT matters
• Optimize and digitize VAT-related processes
• Implement e-invoicing
• Monitor changes to VAT laws

Requirements

• Substantial experience in tax consulting
• Broad knowledge of value-added tax (VAT)
• Knowledge of VAT and income tax group structures
• Strong self-management skills
• Proficiency in using ERP systems
• Strong teamwork skills
• Analytical, structured, and quality-oriented approach to thinking and working
• Very good command of German and English
• Proficiency in using various IT programs
