Senior Technical Project Manager

In this role you lead the execution of ProGlove’s most complex cross-functional hardware-software initiatives, aligning hardware, software, product, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver integrated solutions. You drive planning, dependencies, risks, and delivery, while shaping PM practices and mentoring peers as the organization scales. You work across Product & Engineering to ensure strategic initiatives meet business goals and customer impact. You will lead high-impact programs and help evolve ProGlove’s operating model.

• Lead multiple strategic, cross-functional development projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate dependencies across hardware, software, and commercial teams
• Manage risks and establish governance, reporting, and portfolio-wide visibility
• Drive improvements to project management processes and delivery effectiveness
• Mentor and develop other Technical Project Managers
• Support the rollout and evolution of ProGlove's Operating Model
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Leadership to align priorities

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Extensive experience leading complex hardware-plus-software projects in cross-functional, international settings
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and coordinate across product domains
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
• Track record of driving PM improvements and operational excellence across teams
• Experience mentoring or leading other project managers
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Fluency in English
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to translate complex situations into clear priorities and actionable plans
