Senior Technology, CyberSecurity Compliance Professional

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation of compliance controls during the onboarding of applications to access management
• As Compliance Manager, coordinates, creates and updates control procedure narratives in support of our required regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Coordinate quarterly control self‑assessments
• Coordinate with teams to ensure application‑specific control issues are identified, tracked, and addressed appropriately
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support compliance objectives, issue resolution, and process improvement efforts
• Lead and manage special projects as needed, including communicating with stakeholders and validate project completion

Requirements

• 3+ years in a corporate setting applying strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
• 3+ years experience in audit, compliance, controls, or process management
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles and their practical application
• Experience working with internal controls, including understanding why controls are needed, how they operate, and how they are developed
• 2+ years Project management experience on deliverables, issues, and commitments
• Confidence and professionalism in communicating compliance expectations and driving accountability across stakeholders
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Access, SQL, and intermediate Excel functions including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
