Senior Technology Project Manager (m/w/d)

In this role you will oversee the end-to-end global program and project portfolio for TAA Europe Region North, guiding strategic initiatives and performance tracking. You will work with executive leaders, engineering, PMO, and commercial stakeholders in a collaborative, international setting to drive transformation and continuous improvement. You will influence senior teams, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery of in-market products aligned with the regional roadmap. This position offers the chance to shape IT-enabled processes and GenAI initiatives within a global enterprise.

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, PMO, and business
• Drive execution of in-market products aligned with the regional roadmap
• Support transformation initiatives across DXG, including DevSecOps, Meridian time-writing, and GenAI programs
• Serve as primary contact for the VP Product Software Engineering with structured status updates
• Support portfolio management including executive materials, governance forums, and KPI monitoring
• Enable GenAI initiatives by tracking resources, tooling needs, and approved solutions
• Define and improve project management processes, templates, and best practices across domains
• Lead process improvement and organizational optimization via workshops and meeting facilitation
• Provide leadership to Reporting & Analysis (PMO) roles to align with portfolio objectives and delivery standards

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or comparable experience is a plus
• At least 5 years in program or project management or consulting in an international environment
• Background in technical or software development is advantageous
• Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to drive change in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong PM/portfolio management expertise; experience in financial management, demand planning, or architecture is a plus
• Languages: fluent in English and German
• Familiarity with modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude
