(Senior) Transaction Lawyer (m/f/d) Corporate / M&A

In this role, you support Linklaters' Corporate / M&A practice in Munich, focusing on managing cross-border transactions from start to finish. You will coordinate due diligence, oversee signing and closing, and implement post-closing measures, while liaising with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work with colleagues across Germany and international offices, applying the latest legal technology tools. This position offers the chance to shape complex deals in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

• Project and transaction management within Corporate / M&A
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes from planning to reporting
• Oversee signing, closing, and post-closing measures
• Maintain direct client contact and ensure smooth execution of cross-border transactions
• Collaborate with Corporate / M&A fee earners and other Matter Optimisation teams
• Interact with colleagues across Germany and international offices

• Degree in business law or comparable program; ideally with some international study experience
• Business-fluent German and English
• Initial experience in M&A transactions and/or due diligence (internships, traineeships, or first role)
• Open-minded, highly motivated, enjoys tackling complex topics
