Senior Transformation & Operational Excellence Manager (f/m/d)

As Senior Transformation & Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving the execution of strategic transformation initiatives with a strong focus on the "Synthetic Center" program within the Component Business. Acting within a defined global operating model, you translate strategic priorities into measurable improvements at value stream and process level.

You are responsible for delivering tangible impact by leading complex transformation initiatives end-to-end—from analytical deep dives and solution design to implementation and performance tracking. A key part of your role will be to shape and operationalize the Synthetic Center concept by improving transparency, enabling scalable processes, and driving cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the "Synthetic Center" transformation initiatives across the Component Business.
• Translate strategic targets into concrete improvement measures at value stream level.
• Establish transparency on performance, demand, and capacity within the Synthetic Center framework.
• Apply Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to deliver measurable impact.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned initiatives toward factories and functions.
• Ensure structured tracking of KPIs, progress, and business impact, aligned with central governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business, or comparable field.
• Strong experience in transformation, operations, or operational excellence.
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management in an international environment.
