Senior Underwriter // W&I

In this role you will assess, structure, and underwrite W&I policies for cross-border M&A transactions within a global insurance platform. You will partner with brokers, advisors, and deal teams to support high-value international activity, helping drive the firm’s transactional risk offering and European growth. The position combines technical underwriting with increasing strategic responsibility in a dynamic, cross-border setting. • Assess and structure W&I policies for cross-border transactions
