Senior Vehicle Dynamics Expert(A68928)

We are seeking a Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to lead chassis performance development in Europe for global vehicle programs. You will own the full V‑model lifecycle: benchmarking, target setting, DNA tuning, validation, and series production support, serving as the key technical interface between HQ and European teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle dynamics development: benchmarking, target definition, brand DNA tuning, and regional validation
• Own chassis tuning & calibration (suspension, steering, dampers, tires, bushings, anti‑roll bars)
• Drive chassis standards, processes, and cross‑functional/global collaboration
• Lead supplier technical alignment and requirement definition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• 10+ years vehicle dynamics experience; 8+ years at European/North American OEMs
• Led 2–3+ full vehicle dynamics programs from concept to SOP
• Expert in multi‑body dynamics & professional subjective evaluation capability
• Proficient with CANape, INCA, ADAMS/CarMaker, test tools
• Fluent English; German a strong plus
• EU work authorization; based in or willing to relocate to Munich
