We are looking for an exceptional Senior Vice President Strategic Procurement Devices & Platforms to lead our Devices & Platforms organization, accelerate business transformation, strengthen our B2C sourcing ecosystem and build the next generation of strategic partnerships across Orange, Deutsche Telekom and our partners.

Description Of Domain/function

As Senior Vice President Strategic Procurement Devices & Platforms, you will define and deliver BuyIn’s sourcing strategy across Mobile Devices, Home Devices, TV & Service Platforms, Communications Services, SIM, and IoT, covering both hardware and software. You will create sustainable value through strategic sourcing, supplier governance, innovation, resilience, and operational excellence.

You will operate at the intersection of business, marketing, technology, procurement and leadership, shaping sourcing strategies for customer-facing products and platforms while leading transversal transformation initiatives across governance, procurement digitalization, business continuity, risk management and strategic partnerships.

Scope

Global responsibility for Devices & Platforms sourcing across Mobile Devices, Home Devices, TV & Service Platforms, Communications Services, SIM, IoT and related Hardware & Software ecosystems.

Stakeholders

Senior executive stakeholders across Orange, Deutsche Telekom, strategic suppliers, and key industry partners.

Leadership

International team leadership with responsibility for developing capabilities, performance, and collaboration across cultures.

Reporting

Senior executive reporting line within BuyIn, with regular interaction at shareholder leadership level.

What You Will Do

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for BuyIn's Devices & Platforms domain covering >€5bn annual spend
• Lead large-scale sourcing, transformation and value-creation programs, including procurement digitalization, governance harmonization, KPI transformation, contract excellence and business continuity.
• Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders across Orange, Deutsche Telekom, BuyIn and strategic industry partners.
• Lead executive negotiations with global OEMs, platform providers, semiconductor manufacturers and strategic suppliers.
• Own the end-to-end value agenda including savings, supplier governance, stakeholder satisfaction, resilience and risk management.
• Develop and inspire an international team of approximately 60 procurement professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Anticipate consumer technology and market trends, translating them into sourcing opportunities and competitive advantage.

What You Bring

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Devices & Platforms, IT, Telecommunications, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Procurement.
• Proven success leading complex international organizations and executive stakeholder environments.
• Deep expertise across Devices & Platforms sourcing including Mobile Devices, Home Devices, TV & Service Platforms, Communications Services, SIM, IoT and related ecosystems.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to inspire teams and drive change in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Master's degree in engineering, Devices & Platforms, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent English; French and/or German would be an asset.
