Senior/Staff Product Designer

As a Product Designer at n8n, you will shape end-to-end experiences for a powerful, flexible platform used by diverse teams. You’ll work across ambiguity to design coherent, scalable workflows while collaborating with PMs and engineers. • Lead end-to-end product design for your team from discovery to delivery
• Deliver high-quality, cohesive designs across releases to improve UX
• Tackle complex features with a strong engineering mindset and knowledge of underlying tech
• Own multi-faceted problems and drive them to completion with initiative
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and research to inform decisions
• Synthesize feedback and provide actionable critique to elevate the team's work

• Design within systems, ensuring coherence across the broader n8n platform
• Collaborate across teams to maintain consistency of patterns and components

• 5+ years in product design with demonstrable impact on shipped products
• Proficiency across product design, UX, UI, and qualitative research
• Technical mindset and ability to collaborate with engineers
• Proven ability to ship end-to-end features in small teams or startups
• Fast, focused execution in an MVP-driven environment
